 Permanent and temporary personnel are bonded at the time of employment. All employees are required to sign a blanket confidentiality document prior to commencing employment with us. This form states that the contents of all documents élan processes are confidential and that they must not discuss the information contained within these documents at any time. In addition, a sworn statement before a Notary Public can be instituted if so required from each employee that provides further guarantees for our most sensitive applications.
